The final rule language for TAC Chapter 74 curriculum requirements (HB 5) as approved by the State Board of Education (SBOE) on January 31, 2014, for second reading and final adoption has been posted on the Texas Education Agency (TEA) website. The rule has not yet been filed and will be subject to technical review by Texas Register editors.
