At its open meeting on February 4, 2014, the Railroad Commission adopted two rulemakings including adopting several amendments, repeals and new rules in Chapter 12 regarding coal mining regulations.
The adoptions will be published in the Friday, February 21, 2014, issue of the Texas Register. The effective date for the Chapter 12 amendments will be February 24, 2014.
