The Texas Health Services Authority (THSA) has developed a reference materials document that is intended to be something of a compendium of federal and Texas state laws and regulations related to the electronic sharing of public health information (PHI).
The current draft of the Privacy and Security Reference Materials is now available for public comment at: http://www.hietexas.org/news-archive/155-thsa-seeks-public-comment-on-privacy-and-security-reference-materials.
Comments are due by 12:00 pm, noon Central Time on Wednesday, May 30.
