Two other critical bills to the final budget bill, SB 1811 and SB 1581 relating to fiscal matters will not be heard tonight. SB 1811 was postponed until tomorrow at 2 p.m.
SB 1581, relating to state fiscal matters related to public and higher education had a point of order called on it this evening. The point of order was sustained and the bill will be returned to the Senate.
