Today HB 2694 – Wayne Smith/Huffman – relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and abolishing the On-site Wastewater Treatment Research Council was laid out on the House floor for consideration after having passed the Senate as substituted and amended on May 12 with 31 ayes and zero nays.
