Senate Committee Finance Chair Steve Ogden has filed SJR 5 which proposes a constitutional amendment relating to determination of the market value of the permanent school fund and providing for certain transfers from the permanent school fund to the available school fund.
The resolution was filed and referred to Senate Finance today. SJR 5 will be heard in Senate Finance tomorrow, April 19.
