Please note two rules below that will be effective December 9th.
The Hospital Licensing Rules, 25 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 133 will be published in the Texas Register on December 3, 2010.
The December 3, 2010 issue will be available on that date at the Secretary of State website at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml. From the “Points of Interest” box, select the PDF version of the current Texas Register published rules.
Please note these rules are effective on December 9, 2010 (20 days after filing on November 19, 2010).
Effective December 9, 2010, the new rules may be accessed at http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/hfp/rules.shtm. Select “Rules/Regulations” in the box on the right side of the page. The new rules will be found under “Recently Adopted Rules” and under “Current Rules and Regulations.”
The Psychiatric Hospitals and Crisis Stabilization Units Rules, 25 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 134 will be published in the Texas Register on December 3, 2010.
