Bill filing for the 2011 legislative session began on Monday, November 8th. During the 2009 session, 7,609 bills and proposed Constitutional amendments were filed. That’s an increase of 19 percent over the 2007 figure and 29 percent more than 10 years ago. It is likely that even more bills will be filed in this upcoming session.
