The Texas State Auditor’s Office has released an audit report on Selected Performance Measures at the Texas Facilities Commission.
This audit determined that the Texas Facilities Commission had significant control weaknesses over its performance measure processes; as a result, all five key measures tested for fiscal year 2024 were designated as factors prevented certification.
