On January 13, 2010, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) approved the proposal for public comment of both the water quality standards and the implementation procedures (IP). The proposed rule language and Notice of Availability for the implementation procedures were published in the Texas Register. The comment period will begin the week of January 18th and end March 17, 2010. Those wishing to make comments on the rule or implementation procedures document are strongly encouraged to submit them to the agency electronically.
