The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Division for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services announces the expected availability of grant funds for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2011 to provide substance abuse treatment services and outreach, screening, assessment, and referral services (Project).
Services are being procured in all Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) regions of the state except for Region 5 (In Region 5, substance abuse treatment, intervention, and prevention services are currently provided through a network managed by an administrative entity). If respondent is proposing services in multiple Regions, a complete and separate proposal will be required for each Region.
