The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is providing an opportunity for written and oral public comment on the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan – Guidelines for Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants (RG-388), in accordance with Texas Health and Safety Code §386.053(d).
The guidelines have been revised to include policy changes and statutory changes from House Bill (HB) 1796 enacted by the 81st Texas Legislature.
Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 15, 2010. A public meeting has also been scheduled to receive public comments on January 7, 2010.
