The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is seeking feedback on requirements and the implementation of HB 3229 (89-R), which became effective on September 1st.
By January 15, recycling facilities that accept, process or repurpose renewable energy components must report the amount of unrecycled components, a timeline for recycling, a cost estimate, and maintain financial assurance.
TCEQ is seeking stakeholder feedback to determine what information should be included in the annual report.
