The Texas Water Development Board has released an FAQ for Proposition 4, dedicating a portion of the revenue derived from state sales and use taxes to the Texas Water Fund (TWF). The FAQ covers appropriations into the TWF, eligible uses of TWF funds, and timeline of the TWF, among other information. Proposition 4 will be on the ballot for the November 4, 2025 Constitutional Amendment election.
