The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) announced that the annual reporting requirement for those with certain temporary air permits or permits without an expiration date is due December 31, 2025. This includes certain air permits by rule, standard exemptions, and air quality standard permits.
The operational status of permittees must be reported through the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS).
