The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) announced that the Air Emissions Fee invoice will be split into two parts during fiscal year 2026 (FY26).
The first invoice will be mailed on November 30th and due by December 30th. TCEQ anticipates sending the second invoice in spring of 2026.
