The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is soliciting information for projects to be included in the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs’ Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the upcoming fiscal year.
To be included in the initial CWSRF and DWSRF Emerging Contaminants project priority lists for State Fiscal Year 2026, entities must submit a completed project information form by 5:00 p.m., CST on Friday, March 6, 2026.
The CWSRF Emerging Contaminants Project Information Form must be completed and submitted to CWSRF@twdb@texas.gov.
The DWSRF Emerging Contaminants Project Information Form must be completed and submitted to DWSRF@twdb.texas.gov.
To be included in the initial CWSRF and DWSRF project priority lists for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027, Entities must submit a completed project information form (PIF) by 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, March 6, 2026. Entities can submit a completed PIF in one of the following ways:
- Via TWDB’s Online Loan Application (OLA) system, or
- By emailing the Microsoft Word version of the CWSRF PIF to CWSRF@twdb.texas.gov or the Microsoft Word version of the DWSRF PIF to DWSRF@twdb.texas.gov.
