Meeting dates for public comment on the VW Draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for Texas are posted for the month of September (Sept. 1- Houston, Sept. 11 – Beaumont, Sept. 14 Arlington, Sept. 17 – San Antonio, Sep. 19 – El Paso, Sept. 26 – Austin). To view the meeting details, please visit the “Meetings & Notices” page on the Texas VW Environmental Mitigation Program website. Information regarding the draft plan will be provided at the meetings and the public will have the opportunity to comment on the plan.
Comments on the draft plan may also be submitted by email to VWsettle@tceq.texas.gov, or by mail at the address listed on the “Contact Us” page on the Texas VW Environmental Mitigation Program website. Comments will be accepted through October 8, 2018.
