The Legislative Budget Board (LBB) Contracts Oversight and Technology Team sent out in their August newsletter and update the cost containment provision in the GAA (General Appropriations Act). Under Article IX, Section 17.10, LBB staff recently contacted affected agencies to complete a cost containment report. Agencies are being asked to return the completed worksheet by September 7th, 2018.
