The Public Comment Period on the Draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for Texas, the plan for using funds allocated to Texas under the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Agreement for State Beneficiaries, ends October 8, 2018. The TCEQ will consider the comments as they develop a final plan to submit to the Trustee prior to submitting any funding requests. The TCEQ will implement grant programs once the Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for Texas is finalized. The links on the TCEQ Grants page will be activated once the TxVEMP grant programs are developed and ready for implementation.
