The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has opened a survey designed to better understand medical transportation needs of Medicaid members through the Medical Transportation Program. The survey asks questions regarding familiarity with the Medical Transportation Program, frequency of use, and reasons for using or not using the Program.
