The State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) Advisory Committee has scheduled a public hearing on October 30th. The SWIFT Advisory Committee advises the Texas Water Development Board on the administration of SWIFT funds. This committee will review the overall operation, function, and structure of the fund at least semi-annually and advises the board on any water-related matter. They will be hearing invited testimony only.
