Lt. Gov. Patrick has replaced Sen. Kel Seliger as Chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee and has appointed Sen. Bob Hall, R-Edgewood in his place. Patrick also announced that he has appointed Sen. Charles Perry, R-Lubbock, to the Senate Agriculture Committee.
