The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is seeking public comment on its draft Alternative Delivery Guidance (TWDB-0570). The TWDB has developed this new guidance to help applicants and their consultants understand how TWDB funding can be used to finance an alternative delivery project, the requirements for project approvals, and the release of funds processes. This guidance document will replace the TWDB’s alternative delivery guidance that was originally prepared in 2012. The public comment period opened on May 1 and will close at 5:00 p.m. on May 15.
