The Texas Education Agency has published proposed changes to 19 TAC Chapter 101 relating to assessments and 19 TAC Chapter 153 relating to school district personnel in the October 15th Texas Register. The public comment period on the proposal rules runs through November 15, 2021. A form for submitting public comments is available on the TEA website.
