Blake Calvert has been appointed as the interim Executive Director for the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Consortium. Calvert previously served as a Budget and Policy Advisor within the Office of the Governor on transportation and economic development.
The Texas Semiconductor Innovation Consortium (TSIC) was created to leverage the expertise and capacity of institutions of higher education, industry and non-profit stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to semiconductor research, design, and manufacturing.
