The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has published a website with details on HB 1605, which addresses Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA), as well as the extension of additional state aid to school districts for the provision of certain instructional materials. TEA intends to update their HB 1605 and IMRA resources as the State Board of Education (SBOE) proceeds with rulemaking for the IMRA process. Resources currently available on the website include:
