The Texas Education Agency has sent a letter to school administrators notifying them of an upcoming deadline for LEAs that receive Title I, Part A funding to complete and submit the Comparability Assurance Documents (CADs) and Comparability Computation Forms (CCFs) by 11/15/24.
All LEAs that receive Title I, Part A funding must complete and submit the CAD survey to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). LEAs that do not meet one of the defined exemption criteria must also complete and submit the CCF to TEA.
