This virtual webinar will provide participants in the Mass Emissions Cap and Trade (MECT) and Highly Reactive Volatile Organic Compounds Cap and Trade (HECT) Programs valuable information on annual compliance reporting, submission of applications through the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS), and other related topics of interest.
