Today the Senate took up SB 2, establishing an Education Savings Account (ESA) program, as it was amended by the House chamber. Sen. Brandon Creighton said the House changes strengthen the bill when he requested the Senate to concur with the House changes. The Senate moved to concur 19-12. The bill will now move to the Governor’s desk.
