Water Conditions

The latest map according to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), for conditions as of August 19, doesn’t show any expansion of drought from the previous week. But in the last few weeks, abnormally dry conditions—which could transition into drought soon—have expanded along the coast and developed in the Panhandle and North and East Texas.
