- Texas Economic Development Act Agreement (Form 50-826) – changes in the form reflect the new form number, update certain statutory references, and provide greater flexibility to the parties to the agreement.
- Biennial School District Cost Data Request (CDR) (Form 50-827)
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to Robert Wood, Associate Deputy Comptroller, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, at robert.wood@cpa.texas.gov or at P.O. Box 13528, Austin, Texas 78711. Comments must be received no later than 30 days from the date of publication of the proposal in the Texas Register.
