Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation Commissioner, Rod Bordelon, has announced his resignation. Bordelon was originally appointed to the post in 2008 by Gov. Rick Perry. Previously, he served as the Public Counsel and Executive Director of the Office of Public Insurance Counsel. Bordelon’s resignation takes effect on August 1.
