The Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Water is seeking public input on existing regulations that could be repealed, replaced or modified consistent with Presidential Executive Order 13777 which directs US agencies to appoint personnel and establish task forces to review and report on potentially repealing, replacing, or modifying agency regulations. The Office of Water will host a public listening session on May 2 from 11:00am to 2:00pm and the Environmental Protection Agency is accepting public comment here on regulations through May 15, 2017.
