The Office of the Inspector General of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission has released its December 2015 Quarterly Report.
 
Within the report are details of the actions taken by the Office of the Inspector General over the last quarter including recovery of over $12 million from litigation, investigations and audits. The report also includes new activities being undertaken by OIG, summaries of actions taken by the legislature during the 84th Session that affected the OIG, and highlights changes being made within the office.
