HillCo Partners was named as the top ranked lobby firm in Texas in the 2015 Summer publication of the Southern Political Report. Publisher Phil Kent said for the ranking they spoke with “various movers-and-shakers in 13 Southern states ‘in the know’,” in addition, the rankings are based on the results of an online survey sent to lobbyists and government affairs specialist across the southern states.
