The committee substitute for HB 1, the budget bill, is scheduled to be debated on the House Floor today. As noted in the Friday HillCo Client Advisory, the House has adopted a calendar rule for HB 1 that states any amendments offered that increase funds must have an offsetting reduction. This would not apply to riders that are added to Article XI.
