The committee substitute for HB 1, the budget bill, is currently scheduled on the House Calendar to be brought up before the chamber on March 31, Tuesday. As noted in the Friday HillCo Client Advisory the House has adopted a calendar rule for HB 1 that states any amendments offered that increase funds must have an offsetting reduction. This would not apply to riders that are added to Article XI.
