The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has announced their new Transparency Stars program, which has replaced the previous Leadership Circle program, recognizing local governments for going above and beyond in their transparency efforts. Transparency Stars will launch on March 1, 2016, and we will begin taking applications at that time.
