The public hearing for the State Psychiatric Hospital 10 Year plan scheduled for October 8, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. has been postponed. A new date has not been provided but the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is in the process of rescheduling the hearing.
