The Executive Administrator's recommended final rules for the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) are now posted on the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) website. The Board will consider approving the final rules at a Board meeting to be held on November 6, 2014.
The meeting will be held at the William B. Travis Building, 1701 N. Congress Avenue, Room 1-111, at 1:00 pm.
