With six days left in the 1st Called Special Session, there are currently no bills heading to the Governor’s desk. During House Floor discussions yesterday it was stated, there has been a total of 7 House bills referred to Senate Committees with 1 voted out of committee and a total of 11 Senate bills referred to House Committees with 7 voted out favorably. 
 
The House has adjourned until Thursday, August 10 at 9:00 a.m.
The Senate has recessed until Thursday, August 10 at 10:00 a.m.

  • HB 7 (Phelan) Relating to municipal regulation of the removal of trees or vegetation on private property.
  • SB 18 (Estes) Relating to a limit on local government expenditures.
