In line with Governor Greg Abbott’s previously issued proclamation, the first called 85th Special Session begins tomorrow, July 18; both chambers are expected to gavel in at 10:00 AM tomorrow morning.
The House and Senate will first consider Sunset legislation detailed in the proclamation and then move on to the 20 additional items from the supplemental call after the Sunset legislation passes the Senate.
