Tax Relief Package in Senate Today

The Senate is set to take up SB 8 (Schwertner) and SJR 1 (Nelson) today. The bills would address tax relief for property taxes and margins taxes (also referred to as the franchise tax).

The Senate convenes at 11am.
The House convenes at 12 noon.
