TCEQ Executive Director Richard Hyde to Step Down in March

Richard Hyde, Executive Director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, has announced that he will be stepping down from his position as Executive Director in March of this year and retiring from state government in April. Hyde joined TCEQ in 1992 and has served as executive director since 2014. His replacement is unknown at this time.
