The following rule proposals are currently pending at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Pending proposals are staff recommendations that have been filed with the Chief Clerk, but have not yet been voted on by the commissioners. At a future date, the commissioners will discuss and vote on the proposals which are subject to change.
