On May 4, the Texas Water Development Board approved financial assistance totaling $32,918,700 for water and wastewater system projects, $17,918,700 of which is for rural projects. Assistance includes $2,333,300 to Rolling Hills Water Service, $1.5 million to the City of Woodbranch Village, $15 million to the Crystal Clear Special Utility District, and $14,085,400 to the City of Cotulla for water and wastewater system improvements.
