The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) will hold a Board meeting to consider approving the project prioritization list for the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) program. The priority projects will be invited to officially apply for financial assistance.
 
The Board meeting will be held on Monday, April 11, in Austin at the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Room 1-111, at 9:30 a.m.
(Please note this location is different than the regularly scheduled meetings.)
 
The Board will also consider approving financial assistance for an agricultural water conservation program, as well as water and wastewater system improvements. In addition, the Board will hear an update on drought conditions in Texas.
 
The public and interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend the Board meeting. You may also view a live video stream of the Board meeting at http://texasadmin.com/tx/twdb/.
