The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) will be holding a work session for stakeholders on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. The public is invited to provide input on the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas. TWDB Chairman Carlos Rubinstein will provide an update on the Texas v. New Mexico litigation. The Board will consider and approve applicants applying for Agricultural Water Conservation grants. There will also be a presentation on desalination activities in the El Paso area, as well as an overview of the Economically Distressed Areas Program. TWDB staff will be on hand to answer questions and accept public comment.
 
The meeting will be held at the TecH20 Center at 10751 Montana Avenue  in El Paso.
