On May 29, the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) held a Board work session in El Paso. The work session included discussion on the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) and the State Water Implementation Revenue Fund for Texas (SWIRFT). Another topic on the agenda was an update by TWDB Chairman Carlos Rubinstein on the litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court involving the Rio Grande Compact.
